Very friendly staff. Nice indoor pool with water massage. Spacious and clean rooms. Good quality food. Recently refurbished with brand new amenities. Great sauna and pool facility. Convenient location. Exceptional service.

Romantic escape the hotel was in a stunning location and the food was incredible. the pool and spa facilities were top-notch and it was great to have access to the local area with the provided card. the room was comfortable and provided everything we needed for our romantic escape.
Noisy location the noise from the nearby road was unbearable and we had trouble sleeping. We also struggled with the lack of English TV channels and the low quality of the towels in the room.

Clean and spacious rooms, excellent sauna and pool facility, delicious breakfast and dinner, and friendly staff. Ample parking space and easy transportation to ski lifts and AquaDom.

The location of the hotel was very convenient, with multiple walking paths nearby and easy access to the ski bus stop. the breakfast buffet was delicious and had a variety of options to choose from, including herbal tea. the spa and pool facilities were clean and comfortable, allowing for relaxation after a long day of activities. the rooms were well decorated and the staff was friendly and helpful.
The parking area was difficult to navigate due to icy conditions.

We absolutely loved our stay at this luxurious hotel. The location couldn't have been better, as it was conveniently close to the bus station and provided easy access to the stunning ski slopes in the mountains. The hotel's service was top-notch, with helpful staff who made sure we had everything we needed. The housekeeping was excellent, keeping our rooms spotless and tidy throughout our stay. We also appreciated the wide range of amenities provided, from the ironing facilities and mini-bar in our rooms, to the terrace and garden furniture where we could relax and enjoy the beautiful surroundings.
We would highly recommend this hotel to our family and friends. It provided enhanced comfort and quality services, making our stay truly memorable.

The hotel's picturesque mountain view was a real highlight of our city break, and the spacious, well-appointed rooms were a great base for exploring the area. the inclusive access to local attractions was a fantastic added bonus, and made it easy to experience all the best the region has to offer.
While our stay was mostly enjoyable, we did experience a few minor inconveniences. The locks on the apartment doors were a bit tricky to work with, and we found the sleeper sofa to be uncomfortable for sleeping.
